At LEMAN, we believe strong companies are built by people who support each other, collaborate across borders and bring positive energy into everyday work.
Recognising these contributions is an important part of our culture. Through the Inspire Awards, colleagues across the organisation can nominate peers who make a meaningful difference through teamwork, initiative and a supportive mindset.
Recognising collaboration across the organisation
The Inspire Awards highlight colleagues whose actions strengthen collaboration across teams, offices and countries. Nominations come directly from colleagues, reflecting the everyday moments where someone steps forward to help, connect people or find solutions.
Quarterly winners are selected by LEMAN’s Culture Ambassadors, while the annual winner is chosen by the Group Management Team from the four quarterly winners.
Carmen Rodriguez Paniagua honoured as annual winner
During LEMAN’s Global Townhall in March, Group CEO René Bach Larsen announced that the 2025 Inspire Awards winner is Carmen Rodriguez Paniagua, Group Head of Agent Network, Air & Sea.
Carmen was recognised for her strong ability to bring colleagues together across time zones and cultures, as well as for the positive energy she brings to the global organisation.
René Bach Larsen said:
“Carmen brings a remarkable energy and positivity to everything she does. Colleagues consistently highlight how she supports collaboration across teams and borders. The Inspire Awards are about recognising colleagues who help others succeed, and Carmen represents that spirit extremely well.”
Building a culture of recognition
At LEMAN, recognition is not only about awards, it is about strengthening a culture where colleagues appreciate and support each other’s contributions. The Inspire Awards remain an important part of that effort, helping highlight the behaviours and attitudes that drive collaboration and performance across the global organisation.
