The Italian logistics group Sogedim SpA and the Danish freight-forwarding and logistics company LEMAN Group are pleased to announce a significant new chapter in their long-standing partnership.
Following the strategic realignment initiated by the Raben Group, its Air & Sea operations have been acquired by Sogedim in Italy and LEMAN in Germany and Poland. This agreement concerns only Air & Sea operations, as all existing Road cooperation and commercial partnerships continue unchanged.
The move strengthens both companies’ positions in key European markets and reinforces their shared commitment to delivering globally connected and locally rooted logistics solutions.
A partnership built on shared values
The collaboration between Sogedim and LEMAN is rooted in mutual trust, aligned ambition, and a people-driven mindset.
