Taulov is not just a strategic logistics hub – it is also home to one of LEMAN’s strongest learning environments. Today, around 10% of our operational colleagues in Taulov are apprentices for 2 years, spread across different functions and locations in the operation.
They play a vital role in the daily flow of goods, and they bring fresh ideas, energy, and ambition to our teams.
Four apprentices will complete their training at the end of August in Taulov, and LEMAN has had the opportunity to offer them a key operational role in the business. This commitment to developing and keeping talent ensures continuity and builds the skills we need to meet our customers’ expectations.
Collaboration across office and terminal
A key strength in Taulov is the ongoing cooperation between office and terminal. Whether it’s handling the many daily departures and arrivals, solving unexpected challenges, or sharing knowledge, colleagues work across functions to keep the operation running smoothly – always aligned on a shared goal for our cooperation: OneLEMAN.
The open, bright office environment makes it easier for new colleagues to feel welcome, and leaders are committed to balancing performance and well-being.
Balancing challenges with a focus on improvement
While, in all honesty, engagement levels have been under pressure – due to organisational changes in late 2024, staff reductions in January, and a high workload – the focus on improvement is strong. Local managers are working closely with People & Culture to strengthen collaboration, reduce stress factors, and ensure that Taulov remains an attractive place to work.
For customers, this people focus matters. A skilled, motivated team delivers better service, safeguards quality, and supports the high standards LEMAN is known for. In Taulov, we are building not just a logistics hub, but a talent hub – ready to serve today and grow for tomorrow.
