We read all applications, and you always hear back from us regardless of the outcome of your application. Please note that we only consider applications submitted through our official systems. If we think your profile matches the position, we will contact you.

At the interview, we would like to get to know you better. We do this, for example, by asking about your skills, experience and expectations. We also give you a better insight into the team, the role and LEMAN’s culture. We know that becoming part of a new organization is a big decision, and we want your decision to be both well thought out and right for you.

There are three stages in the assessment process for those who make it to the final round – you can see the descriptions of each stage below. The interviews are held either in person or virtually.

While we follow a general process across markets, it’s important to note that some of our offices may involve the hiring manager at additional stages or adjust specific steps to suit local practices. Regardless of these variations, you can count on clear communication throughout the process to ensure a smooth experience.

First Conversation with us
Your journey begins with a conversation with the Hiring Manager, in some cases one of our Talent Partners. During this stage, we’ll explore your skills, experience, and motivation for joining LEMAN. You’ll also get a clearer understanding of the role, our culture, and what it’s like to work with us.

Second Round with a Panel
If you progress to the next stage, you’ll meet one or more team members. This interview focuses on behavioral competencies that are key to succeeding in the position and thriving within the team. We’ll ask questions designed to help us get to know the real you, so relax and be yourself.

For some roles, you may also be asked to complete a case exercise. If this applies, a talent partner will provide you with all the details to help you prepare.

Final Conversation with the Hiring Manager
In the final stage, you’ll meet the hiring manager. This discussion will delve into the specific competencies and expertise required for the role. It’s also your chance to discuss how the position aligns with your skills, interests, and career goals. The hiring manager will provide insight into their expectations and how you can contribute to the success of the team.

How You’ll Receive Feedback
We know feedback is important to your journey. After the application stage, you’ll receive an update within three weeks on whether your profile matches the role. Personal feedback is provided to candidates who reach the second round or beyond. At earlier stages, you’ll receive general updates, and after the second round, we’ll share more detailed insights to help you grow. If you have questions or need an update, feel free to reach out during the process.
