Two years, countless “Aha!” moments
Yep, you read that right. Our trainee program spans a wild two years, blending the nitty-gritty of hands-on work with those lightbulb moments that come from actually learning something useful.
You’ll be thrown into the mix from day one, joining forces with our team of seasoned (read: we’ve been around the block) freight forwarding experts.
But here’s the kicker: it’s not just about us imparting ancient logistics wisdom onto you. Oh no. You’re here to shake things up, bring fresh ideas to the table, and maybe, just maybe, teach these old dogs some new tricks.
Because let’s face it, staying ahead means staying updated, and who better to lead the charge than you, the bright-eyed, tech-savvy newcomers?
LEMAN’s Trainee Program is your ticket to becoming part of the next generation of logistics legends, surrounded by experts who’ve seen it all but are itching to see what you can bring to the shipping table.
Bureaucracy is where passion, fun and human dignity goes to die slowly, but surely! Collaboration and fundamental trust in our fellow human beings is the new cornerstone!

Get plenty of responsibility and exciting tasks
During your trainee period, you will get plenty of responsibility and exciting tasks. You can help shape your own education, and if you have the drive and show initiative, you can go far at LEMAN.
We work in a friendly and informal atmosphere, where things are always moving fast. You should be able to make quick decisions and think logically.
We encourage diversity of skills, and we embrace equality.
Our trainees usually have a few things in common:
- You have finished or are about to finish a business or general secondary education (HHX, EUX or STX/HF, and if HHX, EUX or STX/HF – and if STX/HF you need to complete the 5-week EUS training for office.)
- You are fluent in Danish and have good English language skills.
- You are service-minded and enjoy talking to customers over the phone and digitally.
- You like working with deadlines and have a good business sense.
- You are curious, eager to learn, goal-oriented, and already interested in transport and logistics.
- If you have taken responsibility in school committees, in the sports club, or had parttime jobs, where you stepped out of the crowd, this business could be right for you.
- You have a clean criminal record and can pass a background check.
Since I started my journey with LEMAN DK as a trainee, I have enjoyed my time and been surrounded by professional and helpful colleagues. I’ve learned a lot so far, and I’m excited to see what the future brings.
